New Joplin Library featured in upcoming Newsmakers show


An upcoming edition of the Newsmakers interview program on KGCS-TV features a look at the new Joplin Public Library, with Library Director Jacque Gage.  She discusses the new facility, highlighting several new items and reminding viewers of the many other programs the Library has to offer to the community.   The program features video showing exterior and interior shots of the new library.

 

The interview will air evenings the week of July 9 on KGCS-TV, with primary airtimes at 5:30 p.m.  KOAM-TV will have the interview at 5:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 15.   The program is also posted on the station YouTube site, “KGCS Missouri Southern.”  Just click on the link at the end of this article to view the program.


 

KGCS programming may be seen over the air on digital channel 22, and on regional cable television systems.  Newsmakers is produced by KGCS-TV, a service of the Department of Communication at Missouri Southern State University.
