JATSO requests qualifications for Metropolitan Transportation Plan update

The Joplin Area Transportation Study Organization (JATSO), a metropolitan planning organization administered through the City of Joplin, Missouri, is seeking written proposals for the preparation of a Metropolitan Transportation Plan update. The intent of the City is to hire a consultant that will update the Joplin Metropolitan Organization’s current Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) in accordance with federal requirements. This Request for Qualifications is intended to inform the consultants about the City’s expectations for the project and identify consultants qualified to complete the update.

The City will receive proposals from respondents having specific experience and qualifications in the area identified in this solicitation. For consideration, proposals for this project must contain evidence of the respondent’s experience and abilities in the specified area and other disciplines directly related to the proposed service. Other information required by the City may be included elsewhere in this solicitation.

Qualifications must be received by 5 p.m. on Monday, December 2, 2019.  Proposals received after the specified deadline will be returned to the vendor.
