I would like to see better street closure information (especially downtown) provided in advance for those who ride, and work for, Public Transportation. Many times there is a side walk sale or a car show, etc. that causes a few blocks downtown to be closed on Saturdays and this causes an interruption in service, as well as confusion, for those who ride the Trolley. Especially those who are new to the system as they may not be aware of our "alternate" routes when Main street is closed. This service is a vital service to the community and those working for it should have the information needed to provide the best service possible and when they show up to work without knowledge of a street closure it doesn't allow them to "get the word out" for smoother service and better notification of any necessary changes.
