AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2004-256, passed by the Council of the City of Joplin, Missouri, November 15, 2004, by removing from District C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) and including in District C-3 (Commercial) property as described below and located at 1925 W.
